Abstract

This article deals with elderly resistance to doing physical exercises that could allow them to live a healthier life. It also points out the benefits from doing physical activities that work on aspects such as resistance, balance, stretching and muscle strengthening. Some recommendations to get the expected effects are given; in addition, this article touches on the various ways humans age.
